| Strategic Direction and Planning Guide | Vision Implementation | ||||
|
Vision: The Strategic Plan of Alpha Eta Chapter (AEC) of the University of California, San Francisco School of Nursing is a dynamic document that combines a strategic direction with a planning guide and a vision implementation. AEC combines the Vision 2020 and strategic directions of Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI) with the mission of our sponsoring institution, the University of California, San Francisco, School of Nursing. STTI espouses five strategic directions: Knowledge, Leadership, Service, Communities, and Sustainability. UCSF SON supports the same values through commitment to excellence in the dimensions of Teaching, Research and Practice, and Public Service. As STTI develops its global presence, Alpha Eta Chapter cultivates the insights and experiences that its globally positioned students, faculty and alumni contribute from their rich and diverse cultural heritage. Alpha Eta Chapter will continue to enhance both the STTI intentionally global strategic directions and the mission of UCSF School of Nursing in its local, national, and international pursuit of excellence in teaching, research, practice and public service. |
